Return Policy
We make every effort to insure that our cotton products meet the highest quality standards. In the unlikely event you find a defect in your product, please contact us (contact us page) immediately to arrange for replacement or full refund. All items to be returned must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging. You must request a refund within 5 days of receipt and ship your return within 7 days of receipt in order to receive a refund. Buyer are responsible for the costs of return shipping. If you request a refund, we will issue it as soon as possible after we receive your return shipment. This will usually take 20-25 business days from when you ship the item to us.
SHIPPING
All our products are warehouse and shipped from USA. We normally ship all in stock items within 1-5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders for US and Canada are usually shipped via UPS Ground and we occasionally use USPS and FedEx. Actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone but in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed.
On the rare occasion some items may be temporarily out of stock due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstance, if so we will contact you on any item that is "out of stock" you can then choose either to replace your original request with another similar product or it can be back ordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse.
